Wild Flowers Of Strathclyde Park

Cruciata laevipes
of the Bedstraw family

a perennial
30-60 cm high
blooms April-June
likes grassy places, meadows, road verges and hedgrows
can be seen on the land between the Roman Bridge and Pond

These honey-scented flowers are tiny and very easily missed, but once spotted reveal lovely crowns of four-petalled yellow flowers.
